Customer is a multi-home owner who now resides in Northern New Jersey, but still owns his first house in West Chester, PA . He currently rents it out, but current tenant's lease was up at the end of June, and wanted to get the property lookiing nice for new tenant coming in.

Issues were the house was very dirty, partricularly the vinyl siding, the gutters, and back deck, which was elevated, and covered in algae/mildew, including both the trex deck and the white pvc vinyul spindle railings.

Also, customer ha unique request for pressure washers to pain the exterior window caps oin the front side.

We packaged all services together in order to create a great value for the customer. Soft wash was used using a gas powered diaphragm pump and a traditonal 8GPM Honda X690 cold water unit.

Results were fantastic, and customer gave us a great review.
