Emergency Latex Paint Spill Clean Up at Extra Space Storage Asphalt Parking Lot in Eddystone, PA

Received a call on business line regarding "half a bucket" of latex paint that was the result of an overnight tenant altercation.

Was under the impression that half a bucket was a 1/2 gallon.

Signifiicant, but not in the same ballpark as half a 5 gallon bucket. The mess was..significant. See the images below.

Someone sped off in a vehicle with the paint all over the tires, which led to hundreds (500+ ft) of feet of paint clean up.

Paint is not easy to get off of Asphalt, but we pulled out what we could as best as we could, as fast as we could. Stayed after hours on multiple nights to get the job done, because that is the response required when paint is on asphalt.

Further challenges arose when the only hose bib (Water source) in this gignatic building resided indoors in a an unfavorable spot to supply the industrial high GPM equipment on-site., Constantly battling against time, water shortage, and fatigue, I believe it turned out well.
